Frequently Asked Questions
The process of selling a used car can sometimes be even more of a hassle than buying one. Going back to your original car dealer often means a low-ball offer, so working with an independent car buyer can get you a better value for your used car or truck.
What kinds of cars do you buy?
We Buy All Cars will purchase your vehicle in any condition regardless of the year, make, or model. We also purchase antique and collector cars.
Will you buy my car even if it’s not running?
Yes, we purchase non-running vehicles and offer FREE removal/towing services.
What paperwork do I need to sell my car?
You will need your certificate of title, a valid driver’s license or passport, keys, and all books/manual for your car. If you’re financing, you will need to bring a current payoff letter showing the loan amount payoff from the finance company.
How do I make an appointment?
Making an appointment is easy and convenient since we are open Monday through Saturday between 10am and 7pm. If I owe money on my car, will you still buy it?
Yes, we will buy your vehicle and take over your payments. You will need to bring a current payoff letter from the finance company showing the loan payoff amount. If the car is worth more than you owe, we will give you a check for the difference. If you owe more than the car is worth, we will collect the difference from you and pay off your vehicle.
When do I get paid for my car?
You receive immediate payment that same day once a price is agreed upon and paperwork is completed.
Why wouldn’t I just sell it myself?
Selling a car on your own is a very time-consuming and costly ordeal. The costs start to add up between advertising, maintenance, insurance, and gas. Once you’ve posted your car online, you will be bombarded with calls from different companies trying to advertise or help you sell your vehicle. Most importantly, your safety is at risk when meeting strangers to sell your car.
